Terms & Conditions:

• Participation in this Refer and Earn Program may require you to submit personal information about you and the customers you refer.
• The information gathered will be confidential and it will never be sold, exchanged or disclosed to any third party.
• All our future notification will be sent only to the registered email id.
• You cannot refer yourself. In other words, the Referrer and the Referred Customer cannot be the same person.
• If the same customer is referred by two different referrers, only the person who referred it first will be entertained as we operate on “First come First serve Policy”. You will soon be informed about the same.
• WAV Energy reserves all rights to change the amounts conferred under Refer and Earn program at any point in time.
• WAV Energy may suspend or terminate the Refer and Earn program or any user’s ability to participate in the program at any time for any reason at their discretion. Sales commission earned as a result of fraudulent activities will be revoked and deemed invalid.
• WAV Energy holds no responsibility for Referral Submissions that are illegible, lost, misdirected, improperly recorded or not received for any other reason.
• WAV Energy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. Modifications of these terms will be effective from the time they are updated in the Terms and Conditions section.
